At Lollygag, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all furniture and decor items in original condition. If your new piece doesn't fit your space perfectly, we are here to help you find one that does.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective materials are included.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
